Welcome to the Nursery Class!
We are very pleased to welcome you and your child to Craigentinny Primary School Nursery Class. The nursery is staffed by our Principal Teacher, Early Years Officer, Early Years Practitioners and Pupil Support Assistants.
Our team is highly qualified and experienced and we are committed to providing the very best early learning and childcare for your child.
The nursery has two attractive and well-resourced play rooms an outside area, a quiet room and regular access to a soft play room and gym hall. There is an enclosed garden where the children can grow plants and a wooded buddy garden where the children can explore with friends.
The nursery is open to children from age 3 until commencing primary school. It has places for up to 80 children, with 40 places in our morning session and 40 in our afternoon.
The waiting list is open to all children between the ages of two and five, irrespective of the primary school that the child will eventually attend.
